Think Healthy Be Healthy

I just came across this chart on maintaining physical activity to stay healthy. Called the Activity Pyramid,  easy and simple to “Take Charge” (Choose Healthy Activities & Recreation Goals for 30-60 min. Everyday). The bottom line is, any everyday activity can make a lot of difference to your health and your body. It also makes a lot of sense.
